We have a 7-32 which must now be 3-4 years old. In recent weeks it has started -on a fairly random basis - to not recognise our remotes.&nbsp; At this point nothing works. We can&#39;t change channels, change volume or even switch the TV off. We have to switch the TV off at the wall.</p> <p>When plugged back into the power socket the TV returns to full operation.</p> <p>This happens with our 2 Beo4 remotes and our Beo 5 remote so the TV is the common link.</p> <p>Any thoughts on what might be going wrong and how to sort it.</p> <p>Are we talking a software update for some bizarre reason or could this be something more significant/ expensive ?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
