What did they say was the problem? Did they connect together as I mentioned?

You/we need someone to try this longer term.

I had a Beolink Active and Passive installed last week, it was a good time to test for a few minutes, but it was only for a few minutes. I saw your thread and another a while ago and thought I'd give it a try and post my results. If I can buy a single IR unit (you can't over here) I would and post the extended results.

Thanks Beoaus.....though for some reason the repair shop here in the states tried this with my active kit and said that it did not work for them....???? does that make sense??? Any help is appreciated...on this...

I posted elsewhere that I had seen this done.

Just tried it and it works. (This was a test only, and you should test it yourself before permanently implementing)

Connect the first to the active or passive as you normally would. Then using the supplied B&O IR cable (or by a new one) cut off the din socket. Connect the second hockey puck (IR eye) to the first using the cable. Be sure the wires are correct.

Keep the total distance below 10mtrs. The IR lights dim otherwise.

My electrician mentioned it may also work via a DIN double adapter on the Active or Passive.

Has anyone ever hooked up more than 1 IR eye (hockey puck) to an active or passive??

Can we connect more than 1 Hockey puck eyes to Beolink Active or Passives??? I've got 3 areas that all require the same level of sound so a single active is fine...though they are separated by walls and i'd like to put in 3 hockey puck eyes...

Can I do this and it work form each eye the same?????
