jk1002 is correct, I have been contemplating a similar approach, I have a 3 zone setup with only one Lutron Maestro dimmer in the mix. I would like to have one additional zone on dimmer and be able to control them with a Beo 5 and one more Maestro switch may be the answer. I assume that the Beo 5 will not distinguish zones with three Maestro switches in the same wall gang.

If I could get the Beo5 to control each individual dimmer seperately that would eliminate the need for the grafik eye (3103) all together. I do not have a Beo5 yet, but it's on my wish list, as an option to the Lutron 3103 either way.

If the 3103 is outside your budget, the single dimmers are the only option available, but they work very well.

I recently augmented my home system with occupation sensors and have found them to be the absolute ideal solution for most rooms. This way only my complex lighting zones are controlled via "scene" logic via keypads or remotes.

I am thinking of getting normal IR Lutron wall dimmers and switch to a Beo 5 - one should be able to program it to handle the lutron dimmer.

I am thinking about this right now, want to attack the topic this year.

Are there any affordable options for this? The Lutron 3103 seems perfect, but it is very expensive. Are there any other choices?
