It&amp;#39;s also in B&amp;amp;O Bromley at &amp;pound;3995. I was tempted. Surely it must be one of the last HD BV5&amp;#39;s? No it isn&amp;#39;t. No answers to questions asked of seller. Rang both B&amp;amp;O shops involved. Not an HD model I was told. Oh, I said, then must be no later than 2005? We have so many TVs going through these stores.... we&amp;#39;re not sure was the response. Then the serial number was volunteered. 15XXXX... That puts it at 2001 I think.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So this &amp;#39;New&amp;#39; in 2008 TV was made in 2001. It may be the bargain of the century but there is something not quite right with any of this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How long can a dealer have something in stock and still sell it as new? Is 7 or 9 years reasonable? (Apologies to all in advance if I&amp;#39;ve misunderstood the serial numbers but I was going by this &lt;a href="http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/p/564/3762.aspx#3762"&gt;thread&lt;/a&gt; posted by Lee.)&lt;/p&gt;
