Note that 16C1 has two of its three negative pins used !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16IC1 doesn&amp;#39;t have to be a TEO1089, it can be f.e. a BDX34A (with a slightly&lt;br /&gt;different casing).&lt;br /&gt;But are you sure that 16IC1 is bad ?&lt;/p&gt;
