I have had experience of most B&O cd players and post CD50 and CDX I notice no audible difference between any of them up to and including Beosound 9000.

Beolab 8000's are daisy chained (looped?) using a powerlink Y adapter as described in the user guide which of course is usually consigned to the bin!

I am a fairly new B&O member. First I got the beosound 1 and then got the BeoSystem 2500...now I want next in line..cant decide what!!

Can some one please help me understand the difference between Beocenter 2500/Beosound 3000, 3200, 9000 particularly in regards to the CD quality output. If all i want is to play CD and nothing else, then is there a significant difference in quality of CD output between these. I understand there will be new technology in newer items and capability to play other digital media....but is it worth upgrading to say 3000 or 3200. May be the newer ones have more options to connect more speakers.

In my Beocenter I have only one extra Powerlink out which I am currently using to connect my itouch...and plan to connect may be Beolab 6000 as only these have the capability of looping...I wish beolab 8000 could do that.

Looks like I have the all serious symptoms of addiction to all things to B&O....now I want the beocom 1 or 2 to replace my phones......bordering on angering my wife!!
