Hi,

All B&O products have spares available for 12 years after end of production, that's applicable in all countries.

12 years is a lot, compared to most other brands, by the way..

You can certainly get the 7000 system serviced though trim parts will always be a problem. The belts for the cassette are available and the CD mechanism is also able to be found as it is based on a Philips transport.

I take it you mean the Beolab 5000 speakers? Trim parts are just about unobtainable for these but drive units and electronics are all able to be serviced.

The secret is to buy good ones! The least reliable part will now be the Beolink 7000.

am from Japan, my future plan will be purchase BEOLAB 5000 and BEOSYSTEM 7000.

But B&O Japan B&O merchandise if end of sell after 12 years not provide repair and fix service.

I have question in europe or usa still could be service beogram 7000 cd rens left new rens?

and beocord 7000 common problem drive belt could be change?
