&lt;p&gt;Try with nothing connected to the TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does the standby LED blink when you option programme the TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If it`s on option 0 it won`t come on.Set for option 1 or 2 If it`s a master TV.&lt;/p&gt;
