I'll try it. I was fascinated of the Beolink 7000 an bought it, it's a little bit freaky... I often heard that the BL 7000 isn't very funny using one way... mmmh.... B&O should think about introducing the two way communication for all parts...

Thanks again from Bitburg

Mike

Re: Beolink 7000 One Way ?

The Beolink 7000 sets itself to either one way or two way when you add components to the system page. So to set it up, remove all that is already on there and then add and store the components you want to use. Each component that is added is tested by the Beolink 7000 by sending out a signal. If it gets a reply, it is two way. If it gets no reply, the 7000 stores it as one way. It is a rotten one way remote by the way!! The Beo4 and forthcoming Beo5 are far superior with the components you mention.

Beolink 7000 One Way ?

Hi !

I'll use the Beolink 7000 with an Avant an with a Beosound 9000.

I read on an other forum that it's possible to edit the Beolink 7000 in order to use it one way.

Have anyone the describtion to do that ?
