I think you will find it is the other way around. Alan Sugar who owned Amstrad sold his STB business to SKY.

Re: no HD with sky HD box and Beovsion 7-40 mark iii

yes amstrad bought out by sky i believe

Hope you fine this useful

Re: no HD with sky HD box and Beovsion 7-40 mark iii

Thanks, but I've tried that

Any ideas, Moxxey?

Re: no HD with sky HD box and Beovsion 7-40 mark iii

The Mk 3 Should be ok,as Sky Hd,Virgin v Box,Ps 3 and Bomsater 5 on the hdmi worked fine and supported HDCP.

You could try another Hdmi Lead, maybe?

I no longer have my Mk 3

Moxxey on here, has a Mk 3 Maybe he could have an idea?

no HD with sky HD box and Beovsion 7-40 mark iii

I'm now on my second sky box and second tv but still get message 'this display does not support HDCP'. My dealer is willing to try a third tv, and sky a third box, but I cannot believe this is where the fault lies

Sky says that with B&O tvs there is a setting which has to be switched on for it to receive HD. My dealer says all the software is up to date, and all adjusments done

Is it something simple they are both overlooking?
