&lt;p&gt;I would say that he should call the B&amp;amp;O Techs! Most probably this is faulty and if it is under warranty it has to be fixed or replaced. &lt;p&gt;Have tried to ask in the Scandinavian forum, but with no luck. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A friend of mine is experiencing problems with the steel cover going up and down hiding the dvd-tray. I have not been at his home see the tv, but it seems that the cover is in the bottom position and won&amp;#39;t pull up again. No small children in the house, so no one has been using force to the different components. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips on what to do?&lt;/p&gt;
