Why do you need it? I just run a lead from the Tape 2 output of my receiver to the Audio in of my computer and use CD Spin Doctor software to do everything that this does! I can also alter the recording levels which this doesn't seem able to do!

Re: linking my 5500 beomaster to instantmusic

Would you not need to have Phono selected for the Beogram to work? Agree about connecting to A.Tape or A.Tape 2. Also try to get a Din to 4 phono connections. If you get one with 2 connections you will have to make sure it is connrected the right way. Some are DIN to Phono and others are Phono to DIN. Difference been which pins are used in the DIN plug.

Craig

Re: linking my 5500 beomaster to instantmusic

You need a '5-Pin DIN' to RCA cable. Most electronic stores should keep them, or AV stores. If they don't have them in stock, you should be able to get hold of one! Connect it into the A.Tape, A.Tape 2, Aux or CD connections on your amplifier (not the PHONO connection!) and press the correct button on your remote control (to access the Aux connection, it's TV on a BeoLink 1000 remote).

linking my 5500 beomaster to instantmusic

I want to convert some LPs into MP3 from my 5500 system. I need to connect the line out to an ADS InstantMusic. Can anyone help me do it. Thanks in advance.
