I must admit I am a little disappointed by the BV-10. Firstly the sound is not as good as has been mentioned in the forum, and secondly the build construction is no where as solid as the BV-5. I was surprised that there is no rubber backing and the polished aluminium is not as good as the brushed ones in BV5. Thirdly, the corners are sharp!

Picture is fantastic though. THe dealer in London quoted 6620 to include Beo4 and motorised stand. Apparently in UK there is a price rise in January but was delayed due to VAT but could be up to 5% in June.

Thanks Cal, that's helpful. I don't think it includes the cable pack, but I'm not too worried about that. It does include a remote but only a beo4 though rather than a 5. Still looks like this could be a good saving as its as good as new. I could be tempted. I have also found a 2nd hand Bv7-40 mk3 with motor stand and BL7.4 which also looks tempting. Need to find out the price for this then make a decision on what one I would prefer to replace my BV3-32!

Hi Chris, just retrieved my invoice:

Beovision 10 as a standalone is priced at £5795.00
Wall bracket (Motor stand I assume would be far more) £295.00
Cable pack (including x3 IR blasters, x2 HDMI, x1 Scart, x1 Component) £285.00

Also, will you get a remote? My dealer gave me a free Beo 5 (around £500.00)

If you get all the cables and a remote it sounds like a decent saving.

To save me contacting a dealer does anyone know what the retail price is in the UK for a BV10-40. I'm looking at an 'as new' one < 1 day use, with motor stand and beo4 for GBP 5,800. Not sure what if any discount this is on dealer price?
