On the surface it sounds like a classic OPTION setting issue, especially as it came from a linked environment.

Are you going to run this by itself, or are you planning on linking as well?

To use it by itself... you need to reset the A.OPT to its factory default: 1

System must be in STANDBY...

> Hold the • button while pressing LIST.

> When the Beo4 display reads OPTION?, press GO.

> Press LIST to display A.OPT and then key in the appropriate number (0, 1, or 2) -in your case: 1

Hi.

I just bought a Beosound 9000.

But now i have a problem... when i push the volume, treble or bass-buttons nothing happens.

And it doesn't respond to my remote-control (beo4).

Anyone have any idea of what can be the problem?

The one i bought it from said that everything should work. He had it connected to a B&O-TV.
