&lt;p&gt;If I remember correctly, it is like this:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press &amp;quot;Programming&amp;quot;. You should see the frequency and the controls &amp;quot;goto&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;store&amp;quot; should light up&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press &amp;quot;goto&amp;quot;. The controls &amp;quot;AM/FM&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;&amp;lt;&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;&amp;gt;&amp;quot; become visible. You can use the last two to browse between the frequencies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;AFter that you can store the selected frequency to one of the preset numbers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
