&lt;p&gt;I switched the auto-contrast mode Off and the picture is now, even in darkness, clear enough to enjoy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just repeated the instructions shown above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They worked for me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The important thing is to scroll down to CONNECTIONS but do *NOT* press (GO), press 0, then 0 again, then (GO).&lt;/p&gt;

I tried it, but I nothing happens after I&amp;nbsp;pushed the zero&amp;#39;s in step 5 and 6; I&amp;nbsp;can&amp;#39;t enter this &amp;#39;Monitor-menu.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is a BV 8-32, perhaps&amp;nbsp;the discribed steps are the BV8-40?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve heard that there is a servicecode for the bv8-32; can anyone help me with that?&lt;/p&gt;
