Hi,

Sorry for you, but the problem comes from BV7-32, not BeoMedia.

BV7-32 is one of the few BeoVisions that only accepts AC3 signals from the SPDIF inputs, and since your audio outputs on BeoMedia are sending PCM signals, your TV can't decode them. So you have to stick to analog sound, or buy another TV (I have the same problem, I bought a BV7-32)...

Thanks Chris. It gets more and more frustrating with this TV..... And i suppose a SW update of the BV7-32 would not help at all....???!!

I have connected my Beomedia1 to my bv7-32 through VGA to DVI cable.

Sound comes from audio out of BM1 to L/R in of BV7-32.

Question:

Is it possible to have digital audio from BM1 to BV7?

Because when i connect it from SPDIF output of BM1 to A1 Digital Audio in of the BV7, no sound can be heard.

I have assigned of course A1 to PC from the Connections Menu.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
