Ok your it works no. I get the menu pincode and then I hold left arrow 3 sec and then mastercode menu comes up

Great so far BUT....my dealer needs serialnr but I cant find it. The shelf is repainted so I can not see it on the back

but my dealer says I shall leave without power for couple of hours, but it didnt work

So I shall try your tip

Yes I have attempted 3 times than it happend

Re: BeoCenter 1 - strange issue please help

mr_anders_son:

I have disconnected it for some hour. And when I connected it again it ask for pincode. I tried 3 times and then it locked

Now after many hours without electricity it says only "Wait" and turn on and after 1 min it turns off and then turns on with "wait" and so it

does repeatly......?????

So I have no chance to put in mastercode

Someone??????

I had the same experience when I first bought my BC1. Leave it plugged in for about 4 hours (or overnight) and the 'Wait' message will eventually disappear and you can then put in the PIN. Turning on and off will make things worse- my dealer has told me that this is an additional security feature.

Graham

EDIT Make sure you leave the mains power on. If you only get three attempts at the PIN before all of this procedure repeats, you could be in for a long night if you can't get the PIN right first (or third) time!

BeoCenter 1 - strange issue please help

I have disconnected it for some hour. And when I connected it again it ask for pincode.
