i think the new bno is gonna be very safe from what i can see

no more silly phones , mp3 players or any of that stuff

just concentrating on their core values that have seen them through over 70 years

imo the future is bright for bno :)

Clarkson actually mentioned 19 million people when he was talking about which marque have made the most 'great cars'.

Over 300 million watch Top Gear, worldwide. 19 million people might have watched that particular show - other transmissions are delayed (much like Heroes in the UK).

Well it depends what you mean. B&O stopped making components and wiring and speakers some time ago. They still make some of the boards but more and more are outsourced. They design the electronic circuits though which is I am sure what you mean. No criticism intended Ed. I love my Avant too!

On the Serene, JC used it to call Kristen Scott Thomas but that was some time ago. All three of them had iPhones in the latest series.

I am not disputing the avant was the best tv (that is why i bought one),even though was expensive at the time but worth every penny imho,merely stating the avant re badged phillips ,like bv7 is samsung etc

I think there's more to it than that. All the electronics/speakers/etc are B&O. Just the tube is from Philips, which is why you can still buy them out of the box. The B&O content of the Avant is quite high, is it not?
