Being one of the oldest members of Beoworld (from the very old times that some remember) I always felt Beoworld as my safe harbor for any issues might come up from our B&O.

I'm really happy to see that Beoworld keeps on this track and helps hundreds of people around the globe.

Frankly spoken and concerning the a.m. topic which I read thoroughly, I have to point out that Lee and the team are giving their outmost and plenty of money to keep this site. From that point of view his is the only businessman doing this and never saw something similar from any other reseller. Nothing to criticize on this.

Another remark is that that thread was a free of charge huge advertisement for the other s/h resellers so why complain? I totally agree that a minimum of advertisements should be in here because it would be very boring and very off track.

I'm pretty much sure that the one who is interested to find a s/h reseller will just google and everything will be on his screen. KoS and if indeed you are Ian, please forgive me but you have just been erased from potential suppliers of mine. I do respect everyone's opinion but as long as this has a signature.

I just read the abovementioned thread and was very alarmed at what was said by KoS and the way Ian(?) hid behind the username until the very end. If I was Lee I would have responded as well.

I haven't bought from any of these companies in England as none of them seem to respond to Australians. I have sent emails enquiring about products for sale and never got responses. This was from Lifestyle AND Iconic AND Morethan!!

In saying that, I think the fact that Lee has assumed a financial burden and risk by running this site so should really be able to have the final say as to how the site is run. I have never seen this site run as a self promotion tool by LifestyleAV.

I think a blind attack on Lee is pointless and should go nowhere, I absolutely agree with the above post. I read that thread as a useless attack on not only Beoworld.org and Lifestyleav, but an attack on the users of this forum.

The old adage of 'voting with your feet' should apply.

I read the thread with interest but it has to be said that in future;

If people make allegations or statements that are to the detriment of a business or a person or persons. Please have the BALLS to put your own name to your comment.

I have no axe to grind. It has to be said that Lee, and other users like Peter and Keith(and some more besides), are not hiding behind any username and as such their comments must be taken in good faith.

Any user who hides behind a username (including myself) does not have the right, IMHO, to criticise any other person or business as there is no accountability...................
