&lt;p&gt;Has anybody had a problem with the MkIV 7-40?&amp;nbsp; I have recently updated the software in one and now it freezes from time to time.&amp;nbsp; Also now the blu ray drive won&amp;#39;t update via the ethernet socket, it doesn&amp;#39;t even see the connection.&amp;nbsp; Anyone have anything similar?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My BV7-40 MKIV freezes/crashes, but your problem sounds like the software might not have been fully &amp;#39;taken&amp;#39; by the TV?&lt;/p&gt;
