Nice to see a collector of vintage B&O based in the US.

Original dial glass is hard to find, often the only source is to find a
donor unit but that in itself can also prove tricky. Besides, if/when a similar
unit is found it's often very tempting to restore that one as well.
Alternatively, a new dial will have to be made from scratch.

Having said that, there never were a Beomaster 41. I take it you mean a Master 41
which were available as Master 41K (table top set), 41S (floor standing console)
and 41RG (floorstanding radiogram). The Master 41K being the most common of the three
(if you can speak of a common model amongst these).
If that's indeed the model you are referring to, reproducing the dial would see a
problem with the white lettering.
The yellow and brown'ish orange parts can be printed but white is hard to
reproduce on clear.

The JET 514K dial has all white lettering so represents the same problem along
with it's bottom third being wine-red (or brown'ish) with lettering in gold.

Not easy tasks but don't give up.

A little PS: In fora, use of capital letters are generally considered shouting and some people find it harder to read.
