&lt;p&gt;They will be know for sure that their box is fine, if your box shows the same symptons in their showroom and the their sky HD box is fine in your home you&amp;#39;ll know for sure it is the box or otherwise?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp; BV7 mk3 connected to SKY HD box&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Recently my sound drops for for around a second at a time and its driving me mad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this happens on recordings and watching tv&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the signal quality and strength are fine&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sometimes its lots and others now and then and is complely random.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sometimes it does it every few seconds and there is no disruption to the image on the screen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;please help me has anyone had this?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My ATV works fine and does not have an issue?&lt;/p&gt;
