I don't know if the AV9000 service manual is even uploaded but if you upgrade 2 silver level you got access to it.

No, it's not. Please check if the manuals are present before you get someone to pay for an upgrade.

Edit: Sorry I didn't see you´re bronze. But then please ask someone to check. It's not nice to get someone to for something that's not there.

First and foremost.

So that would mean the local B&O shop.

You would need to locate the right wiring for the plug and then solder it back on.

Any B&O shop could provide that at least.

If the cable is not long enough you would need B&O to open the bottom part anyway to change the whole cable.

Its not a big repair.

You can try Beotech to find the wiring diagram.

http://www.beoworld.org/beotech/index.htm

thank you for replying, but please can you further explain how to do so? I dont want to make things worse.

Don't remove the cable, but rather the plug. Disassemble and either color match the broken leads or use the diagram below.

Either solder the leads back to the plug, or have a friend help if you are uncomfortable with soldering.

P.S. Welcome to BeoWorld!

but the problem is that I dont think the cable can be changed because it comes out of the stand itself like shown here:

can anyone help? I cant show any content on the tv screen because the stand contains all the inputs. thanks in advance.
