Problem occurs frequently with heavy used Beo-4. Although very sturdy and reliable they are not continuing forever. Solution is a new print inside. Costs about 80-90 euros depending on actual type of Beo4

I have replaced the batteries, although no message was displayed to say these had run out.

Does anyone know of a solution to this - is there a hard reset button?

Many thanks
