&lt;p&gt;It happens the same with mine, but you have another solution. Pair your Serene with the docking charger and it will keep your phone numbers. When she&amp;#39;ll get her Serene repaired, place it in the docking charger and the Serene will get the numbers again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;By the way, have you checked the Serene Options if she changed by error the settings?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My wifes Serene has a broken motor (like most of &amp;#39;em) and I need to send it for repair. I need to download her phone numbers and have followed the instructions including installing widesync. The phone is paired to the PC but when I PIMsync from the phone it comes up as &amp;quot;failed. Try again?&amp;quot; No matter what I do it doesn&amp;#39;t work. I have changed the COM ports to no avail. Has anyone encountered this problem and how do I fix it?&lt;/p&gt;
