Pair your Serene with the docking charger and it will keep your phone numbers. I need to download her phone numbers and have followed the instructions including installing widesync. The phone is paired to the PC but when I PIMsync from the phone it comes up as &quot;failed. Try again?&quot; No matter what I do it doesn&#39;t work. I have changed the COM ports to no avail.
