That is how mine is setup.

I use RCA to the aux input which i think is 5 pin. I use a BEO4 remote and press tape or aux or something...

My SONOS unit is the non-amplified unit connected to my router and a Synology NAS with all my music. Works like a dream - basically ipod'd my house...

Cheers

It's absolutely worth a try, so i'm gonna go and get a cable with 4 RCA's to test!

Do you have a DIN to 2 x RCA cable? Sounds like that might be constructed for the wrong direction, i.e out from the DIN instead for input. I always buy adapters with four RCAs (both directions) to avoid confusion like this.

BS9000 with Sonos in a.aux

Hi Guys,

I just got a Sonos system and tried connecting it to my BS9000, via the A.Aux port, but it just wont work....

I triede selecting the A.Aux both on the beo4 remote and directly on the BS9000, no luck. I've also had the Sonos conected to another amplified speaker to confirm the Sonos, and it worked just fine.

I use a standard 5pin DIN to RCA to connect the Sonos to the BS9000.

What am I doing wrong? Is it a setup on the BS9000? Is it the wrong cable??

Regards,

Jasper
