It would work though, even though it might look odd, the S75 stand is a lot bigger compared to the S45. Just like the speakers themselves.

Good luck!

Re: Stands for S45.2s

Well, if they fit the holes, what problems could there be? These stands even have an angle adjustment screw, so you won't have them shouting at the ceiling even if the S75 stands are somewhat higher.

Last winter I bought a pair of white S80.2's along with the stands. When I took a better look, I noticed the previous owner had made new screw holes in the rear of the speakers, 10 cm higher than the original. So the speakers stood that much closer to the floor. The guy was an architect, and I have to agree that the speakers looked better that way! Fortunately the work was very neat (with even some black, hard adhesive plastic covering the unused pair of screw holes) so I could restore the original stance. I have a personal problem with everything unoriginal

Stands for S45.2s

Having spent the best part of a year trying to track down some stands for my two pairs of S45.2s, I am now tempted to try a pair of stands for S75s. I'm pretty confident the locating holes etc are the same and the service manual on this site shows the instructions for putting them together as identical. I know that there may be some visual imbalance using the S75 stands, but as a short/medium term expedient can anyone see any problems?
