It is the same item!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They are expensive (around &amp;pound;20) but equivalents will be cheaper from Radiospares or Farnells.&lt;/p&gt;

Very common fault.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;my BC 9500 has lost the right channel on speaker 1 speaker 2 ok and headphones ok?? This wouldnt be too much of an issue except I like to listen to the headphones and I cant switch off speaker 2? Any ideas on whats wrong and ways around the headphone issue?&lt;/p&gt;
