Thanks for your very useful information.

However, I'm still working on the idea of replacing the foam rings on my existing speakers, to retore the units to a clear and clean sound output.

I believe I paid somewhere around 65-70€ for a pair of woofers here in Sweden.

The old ones were sent to Germany for a new life there...

The price I mentioned was for completely new drivers including foam surround. You can order them from any local B&O dealer

Have a look at ebay, they are offered there regularly. On the other hand the drivers are still available from B&O and not that expesive - I'm sure some members know the exact price.

Can any forum members help? I need to replace the foam for the larger of the two speakers in this unit. The speaker fixing plate measures 100mm x 100mm or 4" x 4". The foam diameter is 80mm approximately.
