Powder coating the case would provide a finish that is as hard, if not harder than the original factory finish. I think it&#39;s possible to get the stippled texture as well, or no texture at all if desired.</p> <p>I have a Beolink 1000 requiring a refinishing job as well. And the cabinet for the remote&nbsp;was very used.&nbsp;Then we bought a new mk.3 display, and replaced it. My friend is an autopainter, and he was working on a bmw 5serie WHITE..
