I will be purchasing a BeoVision 7-40 (no disc player) to replace my Avant 32" in my living room later this year or early next year. Perhaps some day I will replace my Pentas with a pair of BeoLab 5 speakers. My old Avant will go into the master bedroom, and the Pentas will go into my exercise room. I can't seem to discard a lot of my vintage B&O. The older pieces get "demoted" to less important rooms in my house. My guest room will get the BeoVision MX-5500 and DVD-1!

I am holding off on the BV-7 purchase at this time because I'm curious about the BV-10. I would also like to see a BV-7-40 with an LED edge-lit configuration, as I much prefer LED lighting to CCF.

An HD TV. Hopefully a plasma screen but along the lines of a BV10. 50in if poss to replace my brilliant BV5.. BV5 then goes to bedroom to replace 1995 Avant.

Not according to the new Boss.

Most of our customers seem very disappointed that B&O have not come up with a dedicated two-way remote for the BS5.

Hearing from customers that Loewe have a very nice two way remote for their multi room setup is disconcerting.

So don;t hold your breath!

Actually, in the last year, I have sold more than I have bought! I am seriously considering clearing house and just keeping a few core collectible pieces.

As far as the forecast for purchases: I need a set of SIL/SIL BL4000, and would like to find either BV3000 or 5000 and a pair of 2500 cubes!

For me it will be Beosound 5 once they have at least gapless playing for Apple and maybe a 2 way remote ....
