We get a lot of questions re:- value of vintage products and in all honesty they are only worth what any one is prepared to pay. Condition is also very important and collectors look for this. The problem with older gear is amount of work needed to bring them back to tip top condition as many of the electronics will be worn or drifting out of spec's. For best money you need to sell them as seperate items on ebay with good descriptions & photos.

A rough guide would be :-

Beogram 1600, £75 with a good working cartridge. No cartridge and you'll be lucky to get £20 for it. The cartridge model will also greatly affect the price. If raising the maximum amount of cash is your priority then sell the cartridge seperately and you will probabaly get more for it alone than with the record deck - strange but true, probably down to the postage costs.

Beomaster 1900-2, again £75 ish would be a good price but I wouldn't be surprise to see it go quite a bit lower.

Beocord 1500, not many people play cassette tapes so you'll struggle to sell this at all - £10 if you're lucky.

The furniture will be hard to give away but knowing ebay anything could happen with that

Frankly you won't get anywhere nears its intrinsic value.

Condition is everything. Optical as well as functional
and the value can generally be put as "What people are willing to pay".
The furniture is a bit rare, as is the Beocord 1500 if the cassette version
but that doesn't mean they are specifically sought after or valuable.
The Beomaster will probably bring the most in a sale but it's hard to generalize
and sometimes things sell surprisingly well.
To get a good idea of the value of the things, I suggest you keep
an eye on f.e. Ebay for some time and note the ending prices of units of the same
type and in apprx. the same condition as yours.

I'm looking to get an approximate value for some old kit that i've got sitting in my spare room.

I have a Beomaster 1900-2, a Beogram 1600, a beocord 1500 and the unit that houses it all, also B&O.

Any ideas on the value?

Thanks
