I recently had my BV8 updated to the latest software (6.???) and I have noticed that when listening in P Mute mode and you select standby, the picture now flashes on for a second and then goes out. Also the volume "fade" is truncated. The older software did not do this. I find the new software to be very non-B&O with respect to this as a quiescent picture and audio "fade" are a much more pleasant way to end a listening session.

Alot of issues? my EPG freezes for a few seconds occasionally, everything else is fine

The following are the key issues resolved with the updates:-

Black screen when recording
Always have TV sound in link room
No record-lock
TV freezes in Timer menu
No demute
VGA settings get lost
No sense on HDMI
No sound for Timer Play
Error in menu overlay
Power management for PUC table (unstable IR-handling for STB)
DVB-T ready and a list of faults.
Sound muted after selecting source from P.Mute
No picture when selecting (link)DTV in Option 4 and other problems.

Improvements in BV8 software?

I had a visit by my B&O dealer this friday, and he upgraded the software in my BV8 32".

He mentioned that all sw-modules had stepped sw version two times since I had my BV8 delivered.

Does anyone know what has improved lately in the BV8 32" software/firmware.
