&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;unplugged the whole system from the mains for a couple of time (&amp;gt; 30 minutes) and the plugge dit again&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;disconected the main electricity borad to the house&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My system is composed of beosystem 6500 connected to pentas. The pentas swith has always been set to audio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Beomaster is connected to beovision MX7000 with aux link cable 7pins&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Link rooms a conected to beomaster with mcl cable and each link room with MCL2AV box and connected to MX4000 ot beloabl 4500.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Everything (link and av) was working perfectly well since 20 years and till two days ago !&lt;/p&gt;

Nothing special, 50 cents&amp;nbsp;on the pre amplifier board.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;D5= 12V zener diode 0.5W&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TR1=BC547&lt;/p&gt;

Did you switch it to audio when connecting the Pentas to the BM 6500 ?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the other problems can you tell a bit more about your set up? Which Beovision - are BS 6500 and BV linked? Which linksystems?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your remote(s)? Did you change anything in your set up? Maybe there is an option problem.....&lt;/p&gt;

That was the solution when I had the same fault (no AV or link functionality, but I don&amp;#39;t have any beolabs with display). &lt;p&gt;My beomaster 6500 is suddenly having the following problems :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I can no longer activate the beomaster from link rooms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;AV radio, cd etc no longer works (it is connected the a beovision with the 7/7 pin cable)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;no more display on the pentas connected to the beomaster (this works when connected to the beovision)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Beomaster still plays sound (radio, cd etc) but the link functions arr gone. I suspect the datalink module or board is dead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think before this happend, there was a reported thunder &amp;amp; lightening while I was away from home.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help ou suggestions ?&lt;/p&gt;
