I have just had a similar case where we exchanged this and then it worked.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note: This is not something you can do by yourself; you have to call your local shop or service center..&lt;/p&gt;

Recently when I try to launch the LIST PC from the Beo4 remote I get a black screen with no response. Also the BO application on the mac that I use to connect to the TV does not connect as it cannot find the device on the network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The TV functions work OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I restarted the TV by plugging on and off and the problem is still there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help is appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
