It really is one of the most frustrating things I&amp;#39;ve ever done and the *&amp;amp;%$@ thing nearly went through the window on several occasions. In the end though it was well worth the effort but there is no easy solution to it. I&amp;#39;m afraid trial and error rule with these things.&lt;/p&gt;
