It has been in storage for about 2 years and is now being placed flat horizontally on the wall fitted with a bracket, previously it was vertically flat on a wall with a bracket. I have adjusted the spring suspension as per the ref. guide and cleaned the system with a CD cleaner disk but it&amp;#39;s still making the noise. Please help. Thanks.
