&lt;p&gt;Kokomo, that is possible but it just shuts down as a normal TV would.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chris, it has been working with DTV for the time I have had it and for the last week it&amp;#39;s been ok with Sky HD. Just yesterday this occured.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is there perhaps a slight delay in the screen displaying the digital signal which would mean that the curtain had in fact opened correctly but for that sort period of time there was no signal to display?&lt;/p&gt;

The screen simply appears like a normal TV. Strangely they work when watching normal TV.&lt;/p&gt;
