&lt;p&gt;i coudl not get beoplayer to connect to the beomedia using the latest version of the software.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i had to install 4.83 connect then upgrade.&lt;/p&gt;

Plug in a PS keyboard. Turn on the mains again. Press PC or V.Aux to turn on the system.&amp;nbsp;The main menu appears&amp;nbsp;on screen, now press the red button and an overlay menu appears. Press 9 for configuration, this takes you to a service menu, press 0 0 GO and scroll down to Maintenance, press GO, now&amp;nbsp;go down to user name and type it in&amp;nbsp;using the keyboard and press return to save. Now exit by pressing Exit untill you get back to the PC menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Instal BeoPlayer and when prompted key in your new password.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
