Hi, Jay.

Concerning serial numbers/production dates, try doing a search for "serial number" for your specific item. As I don't know what particular B&O item, I have found two general threads on this topic, one relating to the BC9500 and what appears to be a more general thread at http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/post/3762.aspx

I seem to recall that there were more threads but they might have been on the old forum. Hope this helps.

I'm sure i remember seeing something like this on the old forum, can anyone shed any light on these Bang & Olufsen Beovision abbreviations on the back of the set ? they are : COG, MOD, DS.

Or is there a list I can find listing these and others ? If not we could start one here.

While i've started a new post i may aswell ask if anyone can point me in the right direction to find out how to date a product from its serial number?
