&lt;p&gt;Press LIST till OPTION? appears on the screen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Press LIST til V.OPT appears and then press 2. &lt;/p&gt;

What else is in the room? I imagine the TV? How are your speakers attached? If to the BS5, you need both devices to be option 1 but if the speakers are attached to the TV, you need the TV to be option 2 and the BS5 option 0. &lt;p&gt;So, a question from me:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When i try to move back and forward tracks from by pressing up and down on the Beo4 it moves 2 tracks at a time - seems quite odd?&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions appreciated&lt;/p&gt;
