I believe the problem here will be the set talking to the DVD1. There is no integral remote control receiver in the DVD1 so you rely on the TV. The 8800 uses the 'Mars Bar' remote which will work with the 91.2 no problem but I cannot see any way it will work with the DVD1. I would suggest actually getting a different make of DVD player. It would be theoretically possible that a Beo5 could work bothe the B&O 8800 and 91.2 and also work a third party DVD. You would need the codes for all of these though and the remote would cost more than all the other components put together.

So in practical terms, the answer is no!

I'd like to control my Bovision 8800 (and my Beocord VHS 91.2 + DVD 1 via the TV) with a Beo4 remote.

Is that possible ?

What would I have to change in / add to my Beovision 8800 (IR receiver etc...) in order to allow that ?

Is there any other Beo remote able to control the Beovision 8800 and Beocord 91.2 + DVD 1 with one remote ?
