Today I inserted a cassette and pushed a play button but it would not move. Whatever button I press, nothing happens - the cassette is stuck in (the heads have locked into the cassette and will not retract) and I cannot get it out. All the ligjts are lit and everything seems to be OK. The tape deck is linked to a Beomaster 3300. What do I need to do?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
