That way you wouldn't have to use AV button.
Somebody correct me please if I'm wrong.

Andy T.

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

Definitely get a surround module - the whole system will benefit!

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

Spot on. I put a newspaper over the top of the connected ouverture and the problem disappears.

It must be because I have the ouverture as option 2 and the BV32 as option 1. The thing is I find it irritating having to use AV to get the tv sound via the speakers and this set up generally works. (The speakers are connected to the ouverture, and option 0 on the TV doesn't get a video command so no picture appears, just sound - well that's my guess).

I'll just have to live with two controllers or get a surround sound module for the tv.

Thanks for your help.

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

Yes, I think Peter is right.
Check THIS thread.

Andy T.

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

I had this when i didnt stick the I-R lead exactly in the right place on the SKY+ box. try and reposition it.

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

Nick

I am not sure but it may be that the BV32 is set to wrong option, or you have other B&O connected that needs to have option changed.

Movie

Re: BV32, STB-C and Sky+

This sounds like you have two IR eyes working. Do you have an audio set up attached by ML? All Sky+ boxes use the same code so that is not the problem.

BV32, STB-C and Sky+

Hi

I've got the above setup. I have a Thomson SKY+ box but it's not on the BV32 internal list so I have selected Pace Sky+.

It works perfectly except that each instruction seems to be double. For example if I move on one channel in the listings page the cursor jumps 2 channels. If I enter a single digit '2' it comes up on screen as '22' etc. This renders the mechanism pretty much unusable.

Does anyone else have similar problems, or know of a solution.

Thanks

Nick
