&lt;p&gt;Thanks, that worked. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only thing is that I used AV5 for my satelite recieve which only have the yellow, white and red cabel. But I will use a scart converter for that instead.&lt;/p&gt;

I know this doesn&amp;#39;t answer your question as such because you still want to connect the MAC mini but I can tell you that the ATV is a great piece of kit and will do everything you want. If not, hacks are available for it.&lt;/p&gt;
