It startet&nbsp;one day where the phone ring, but i was not able to answer the call from this handset, the textdisplay says &quot;slukker&quot; (Means turning off), after this, i can only get the phone to work for a short time (differ) by turning off by holding &quot;OK&quot; down for 10 sec. and then turn on again...</p> <p>The old mrk1 phone still works perfect!!! (Same Base!)</p> <p>I have tryed to:</p> <p>disconect the battery for 36 hours - no changes</p> <p>change the battery between the to handset - no changes</p> <p>Reset the Handset by 9#9#9*INT reset hanset - no changes</p> <p>disconnect/reconnect the handset - no changes</p> <p>Called B&amp;O costumer support - actually no further help, than go to your local dealer!!!</p> <p>Search in this forum and google the problem, without any luck</p> <p>Please, can somebody help???</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks a lot for your answar/help</p> <p>Bjerring</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
