The foil can malfunction on serial numbers lower than 20700500 and all serial numbers 94xxxxxx, and should be replaced if this happens.&amp;nbsp; But there are issues with the newer version as well where &lt;span class="hn_listtext"&gt;the touch foil malfunctions or does not function at all due to fault in tolerances in the touch foil (from serial number 20700500).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="hn_listtext"&gt;Had the&amp;nbsp;touch foil replaced on mine (94xxxxxx snr),&amp;nbsp;and it has worked without a flaw ever since &lt;img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/01.gif" alt="Smile" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Today, when I came back from work, it was switched on without any reason and it wouldn&amp;#39;t go to standby. Some touches of the touchpad show a reaction, but not the right one, others don&amp;#39;t react at all. Called my dealer; it needs to go to hospital... &lt;/p&gt;
