Thanks for the offer, but I think I am first gonna let my electronics store nearby take a look at it. If they fail, I'll contact you.

Keep me updated!

I've also just purchased an MCL2P and MCL2AV without a cable, so I will be obtaining the plugs to make the cable from my local electronics store later this week. Would you like me to get some spare plugs and make you a cable as well?

The plugs are "standard" DC power plugs, but there are MANY "standard" sizes (some of which vary in size by less than 1mm), so I will be taking the MCL2AV into the store to ensure that I get the exact replacements.

You can contact me via my sponsor link at the foot of this page if you need any assistance.

Best regards,

Steve.

Re: DC cable to connect MCL 2 AV to MCL2 P

Hi Nico, from what I remeber it is a double ended cable with pretty standard connections. Do you have something like Malins in you part of the world? If so I would just buy two of the connections and make the cable yourself. There was also a mains transformer available that just plugged into the MCL2 AV.

I don't have that cable, so I'd like to get one somewhere.
