The BL5 together with BL9 will sure sound like heaven, but I don't know if you will need them. If your room is not extremely big, BL3 as rear speaker will largely suffice. I would go for BL7-4; BL5 and BL3. But anyway: to find out what you like best, go to your dealer and ask him to get a demonstration at home. If you spend that much money at once, he should do that and I'm sure he will.

Both of your setups are brilliant IMO. The BL8000 version is not that up to date, but it sure would sound very good. I have BL7-1, BL8000 and BL6000 and will get a BL2 soon. It sounds like heaven. But I am sure, that the BL5 setup will sound even better. If you go that way, I would recommand you to go for BL7-4 or BL10 as a center speaker, because the ALT-speaker work better together than ALT and non-ALT IMO. Because of the same reason, I would choose BL3 as rear-speakers with the BL5s...

and what do you think of 2x bl5 in front an in the back the bl9 or is that to much in the back

and it is better to take the bl3

Hello

I am new to this forum and need some advise whit the speaker set-up(somebody on this forum already

gave me some good advise)but maybe somebody have the same set-up

i want to buy a bv 4 50 inch

first setup

4x bl8000

1x center 7.2

1x bl2

second setup

2x bl5

1xcenter 7.2

2x bl800 in the back

what do you think is a good set-up whit the bl 5
